Wappy app


To download Wappy on your smartphone, go to the Google Play Store or the App Store. You log in with your username and password. Once logged in, the overview with the planned work orders for that day appears.



To navigate to the settings, on the home screen, tap the three dashes at the top left, then tap "Settings."

Wappy uses a dark theme, but you can disable this via the slider. You will get a white background with blue buttons. 

At region / language you can currently choose from 5 languages: Slovenian, Romanian, English, French and Dutch.

Completed work orders

You can only see the work orders that have yet to be executed. To access your completed work orders, press the three dashes at the top left again and open 'my completed work orders'.

Step 1: Open work order

When you open a work order, an info page will immediately appear. Which works need to be carried out? When and where is this scheduled? What has to happen? You can consult this information in the info tab. This information is here because it was entered in the web version of Wappy.

If you press the address, Google Maps or another navigation app will open and via the GPS function a route will be mapped to this location.

If you scroll down in the overview you can find the contact persons for this project. You no longer need to switch to your phone application in your phone, but can contact the right person directly from here.

If you scroll down even more, you can find documents and tasks.

You can also create a work order in Wappy itsel. On the home page, press the plus at the bottom right.

Step 2: Start the hour registration

By pressing the green button at the bottom, "start work", the hours will start to count while you are working.

When finished, press the stop button. You can refine the hour registration by indicating which employee has performed the performance. On the web version you have added some types of labor to articles, in the details of the hour registration you can add which type of work was performed.

You can also choose to manually enter the hours afterwards in the 'hours' tab. Here you can click on the employee and the operation that has happened. You will have to enter the start and end hours manually.

You can enter breaks manually afterwards.

Step 3: add used material

You can add articles and material in three different ways. The items you can choose from must of course be linked to the web version of Wappy.

  1. Press add and 'search': you will enter an (unstructured) list with all articles from your article library. To select multiple articles, long press the articles. After adding, adjust the quantities in the article overview.
  2. Press add and 'choose': you will arrive at a tree structure where you can find the articles per article group.
  3. Press add and 'barcode' : you add articles using the barcode scanning.

Step 4: remarks and pictures

In the 'extra' tab you can add 2 types of comments and enter the distance traveled from the office to the construction site.

  • Remark for client: This comment will be visible on the Work Order PDF on the web version
  • Internal remark: this comment is previously used for internal communication and will only be visible to those who open the work order on the web version.
  • Pictures: adding photos is often used to clarify performance
  • Distances traveled: 2 types of entry are possible:
    '+ add'. You can click on the employee and the mobility type. The mileage is entered manually.
    'make a guess'. The distance is automatically calculated from the office to the yard and back. This is calculated on the basis of the project and project address you have entered. Because a mobility type has been assigned to the employee, this is automatically settled.

Step 5: sign and send

You will receive a summary of the work that has been done, the number of hours worked and the material used. This summary serves as a check of the work order on which, if necessary, some changes can be made.

Is everything correct? Have the work order signed digitally by using the 'signature' function.

You can send the work order directly to the customer via e-mail. You must still activate this function in the web version.

If you press the blue arrow at the bottom, the work order will be send to your administration package and to the customer. The work order is prepared in your administration package for further administrative processing
